Meet Inez
Inez is the Co-Founder and Career Coach at IWS Consulting, who’s always had an interest in scaffolding individuals and teams to optimise performance and reach their full potential within the workplace.
Inez holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Macquarie University where she gained extensive knowledge in evidence-based practices. Inez has extensive experience working across private practices and educational systems across Australia and currently working as an early careers recruiter in London. She was also the Creative Director for a social enterprise based in Sydney focused on working with allied health & mental health professionals with neurodivergent clients.
Inez specialises in leadership development, graduate and early careers coaching, and has been featured on an allied health podcast in Australia. She is currently completing her ICF ACC Coaching Accreditation with Performance Consultants International and is offering subsidised coaching sessions as part of her training.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her exploring London or travelling across Europe.
